due to the demands of social and economic development and scientific research advantage of our school, rather stable research orientations have been formed and outstanding achievements have been made in fields like cost management, auditing and internal control, enterprise value appraisal and performance appraisal. over the past five years, teachers in our school have undertaken 119 teaching and scientific research tasks at all levels, of which 15 items are provincial and ministerial projects, 27 items are at department and various academy level, and 7 items are horizontal projects; they have published 539 papers, 177 of which are published on core periodicals; and 21 monographs and teaching material are put into print. more than 20 teachers have participated in national academic conference. the school encourages students to engage in academic activities and community activities, organizes professional academic activities for students, and instructs them to conduct scientific research.
in the next few years, we will further refine academic research orientation on the basis of the formed three directions, stabilize research team, yield marking achievements, and try to form the research backbone mechanism (academic leaders) and research incentive mechanism in the school of accounting. in 2008-2009, we are striving to publish over 4 papers in authoritative professional periodicals and over 60 papers in core periodicals, hold or participate in 2 state-level scientific research projects and more than 8 research projects in provincial and ministerial level and educational hall level. in the hope that our scientific research stands in academic and practical forefront, endeavors will be made to strengthen academic exchanges and activities, extensively contact with the government departments, enterprises, academies, and other relevant organizations. |
